I was kinda shocked to learned that some people really does lack of professionalism. I'm talking about a manager planning to resign his current post. Earlier on, he already announced to the world saying he won't be sticking around too long. Well, it's a preamp.
But the day he throw in the letter, he literally did that! Leaving the letter on boss's table. No email, no SMS, no note, nothing at all to tell the boss about the resignation. Yea. Boss is busy but that doesn't mean you can just leave the letter on the table. You might just as well stick a stamp on it and mail it to the boss. Duh!
Professionalism, please, people!
